If the moving part of the cutter is reduced in size, the material will not be cut and will just bend over without fully cutting it off. You then need to use a Dremel tool to rescue your material from the nibbler... **Q: how wide does the jaw open? I want to cut a plastic fan case to install a toggle switch.
