At 64 I have aging skin. Also I have spent my share of time in the sun throughout my life. So it is imperative that I maintain as much of my youthful charm as possible. I have noticed that my skin isn't as dry as it was. I don't use medical treatments on my skin, so I am relying on Phytoceramides and daily skin care to keep up these standards. So far I'm pleased and will continue as I have. When I make visual comparisons with my 60 plus friends, I am grateful.

First I want to say the company did a great job with shipping my product. However I am very dissappointed with the product. This product increased my appetite, something that I did NOT want. I know for a fact that it was the prod because I stopped taking it for a few days, and appetite when right back to normal. Started taking it again and sure enough, ms piggy came back with a vengeance. Fortunately I knew immediately what was causing the appetite increase so I stopped taking it and once again my appetite went right back to normal the next day.I've taken a similar product with much success and w/o it increasing my appetite. I was giving this one a try just to break up the old same oh same oh... Welllll.... If it ain't broke.... LolSo for obvious reasons I will not be reordering it. :(

This is a fabulous product- I had ovarian /fallopian tube cancer this past Feb, and after coming off chemotherapy, started using this product-it makes your skin look fabulous and keeps it hydrated. I won't be without it.

really impressed with these. i notice a marked difference in my skin when i take them vs: when i don't. i feel like they help my dry skin retain moisture much better.

I've only been using them a couple weeks and not very committedly (been forgetting lately) but when I have taken them, they go down easy, leave no lasting after taste nor do they create any ill after-effects. I would've preferred they have used vegetarian capsules for delivery, but since it's so little to consume (and that I still eat fish so am not a full vegetarian), I figured it would be okay.I got to try these for free. My review of them is that I am certain I will see even greater results once I get on a more consistent roll. I do notice a softening around my eyes (like it has allowed for a little plumping to reduce visible, non-smiling lines). I would recommend them. In combination with a good skin serum or cream, reducing sun exposure, lots of good sleep, and drinking plenty water will have you looking younger in no time. There are no miracle supplements so it's hard to expect one to do it all. Most things work in concert with a lot of other efforts and products so this gets a 4, which is the highest I tend to give a supplement of this type.

Easy pill to swallow. Only taken it for a week straight but i look brighter. I am african american and good products are not always out there but this product is amazing.

I was really excited to try these vitamins, however after using them for a month and not seeing any results I checked the expiration date and discovered they had expired in April 2018!? Poor inventory control.
