My only complaint is that the shoulder strap is bit too wide and a bit too flimsy. The strap is just under 2 inches inches wide and I'd like it to be about 1 inch wide. It slips off my shoulder so I wear it cross-body, which is very comfortable. The width of the strap combined with it's flimsiness (just a double layer of the bag fabric, I think) allows it to twist in the hardware attaching it to the body of the bag. Not a huge deal, but one of those minor annoyances we could all do without.I like the design of the bag itself. The pockets are more than adequate for my needs (I don't carry much). My Nook completely fits in the back pocket; there's plenty of space inside the main compartment for my stuff (hand lotion, extra phone battery, checkbook, small stuff bag); the front zip pouch holds my phone, pen, notepad, and comb, and there's still room everywhere for a bit more if I need it.I think I will get used to the strap issue and not even notice it, but that's the only negative I can find about the bag.Is the quest for the perfect bag ever completed?? ### ⭐ Strap material is thin and bunches. I've owned several AmeriBag products and this is the only one I have ever returned. The design of the bag interior has all of the cool organizational pockets I have come to love. Unfortunately, the exterior of the bag including the strap is a flimsy nylon fabric. The strap on my old bags are nylon webbing and they have NEVER bunched, twisted, or rolled. Not so on this bag, just adjusting the strap I had to untwist the strap several times as it bunched as I was lengthening it. The bag is lightweight, if it were couple more ounces and made from higher quality fabric and a nylon webbing strap I would have kept this bag. ### ⭐⭐ A disappointing design from a great company *by J***S on Reviewed in the United States on 5 November 2013* I've owned several AmeriBag products and this is the only one I have ever returned. It has all the typical genius Ameribag features and fantastic quality of construction, but two things baffle me. 1) the side pockets: what are they for?
