Do not go Xsmall if your bra size is 34A or 34B, it will not fit. The material is wonderful and of high quality, it does not wrinkle easierly and it is thicker than most standard lab coats. Lots of pocket space. Tailored nicely to the body so that it is not boxy. I'm 5'4", 125lbs and the XS fits great, would be a little tight if I wanted to do up the buttons (partially because I hold so much stuff in the pockets), but I wear my white coat unbuttoned, so it's fine for me. I bought this after seeing it on someone else, and 3 other people bought it after seeing it on me. The only thing I would suggest to the manufacturer is to place a chest pocket on it, but it's really not a big deal.
