If so, our product is compatible. Q: Why isn't my mirroring working? A: Please exit CarPlay and connect to a WiFi personal hotspot. Once connected, turn on screen mirroring on your phone. iPhones upgraded to the latest iOS 17 will not be able to use AirPlay. Q: How to connect to iOS mirroring? A: For versions V0.012 and V0.012, when connecting to AirPlay, you must first change your phone's name to "iPhone" (note capitalization), create a personal hotspot with the password 12345678, wait for the module to automatically connect to the hotspot, then open screen mirroring on your phone and tap "Connect Mirroring." Q: The device's sound isn't connecting automatically, or there's no sound. A: If you're using passive Bluetooth and can't connect automatically, please delete the connection history from both your car's Bluetooth list and your phone's Bluetooth, then connect your car to our product's Bluetooth.

Review: CarPlay - Perfect turns my MB audio 20 in an C class 204 into a CarPlay HU. Replaces the Becker map pilot I had & slots straight into the same port. Easy to set up & once paired via Bluetooth works seamlessly no drop outs.. now have always up to date navigation with live traffic via iPhone, Becker would cost me £50 to update the map. One thing to note instructions do not explain how to get from radio to CarPlay. Push the disc button till aux shown then the nav button & hey presto CarPlay

**Q: My car doesn't have a reversing camera, can you recommend an aftermarket camera which will work with this system?**
A: As long as it is a CVBS reversing camera. (Please note that the camera needs power supply for the left and right reversing lights and installs 12V relay, camera AV cable and module expansion interface AV transmission connection.)

**Q: severe echo when on calls. Phone is connected to device as described (via BT) & have already ran echo cancellation. Very frustrating, please help?!**
A: Please make the system sound a little louder, and then set it to cancel the echo.

**Q: when trying to connect via btaudio device, it shows a passkey and when selectibv yes it rejects it. it shows a different passkey and rejects everytime**
A: To passively connect, no need to select active search connection.

**Q: Can I connect it anywhere else? I don’t have the unit in the glove box?**
A: That's a shame. You can't use it.

### ⭐ Absolute Rubbish

Finally installed after ten attempts and worked fine for two days…. I then made the mistake of using the radio in my car and the box hasn’t connected since. I have just sat in my car for six hours trying to get it to connect and stay connected. I have tried different combinations, watched countless troubleshooting videos and used 3 different phones to no avail, the closest I got was via airplay but the sound only came through my phone speaker for ten seconds before failing. I would avoid this like the plague unless you are a fan of being frustrated by a lump of plastic!
