Good support if you contact them directly
I had originally wrote a bad review because one of my posts broke and you are unable to contact the company on amazon and amazon support is unable to help. Later, I found a TKMAUTO website and sent them an email directly and they sent out a new post the next day. So if you have issue, go directly to their website.

Great value for the price but be prepared to replace bolts
I purchased this for my 2017 Honda Ridgeline. I knew that this rack was not compatible from the start but I already had intentions in making my own mounting bracket for it without modifying the rack itself. It works great and knowing what I know now I would still buy the same rack. The quality of the rack itself feels really good but the bolts can be better. I had one bolt break off and even at first glance the bolts seem cheap so I was not surprised to have a bolt break on me. For this reason I have decided to replace all the bolts. Also there are parts of the rack that come pre assembled and some of those bolts were loose. So if you get a rack be sure that all pre assembled parts have been tightened down correctly.Other than that the only issue I have is that parts of the rack arrived bent. It seems like the box was dropped and bent part of the rack. I shared a picture with it. I also have not contacted the seller but I will soon. The bent part of the rack is out of the sellers control sense it happened during shipping I assume but I hope the seller can help. What I think may be in the sellers control is using better hardware for installation and the quality of assembly.I saw others mentions the issue with instructions but I had no issues. But at the same time I can just look at a picture of something and that's enough for me to figure out how to assemble it.I have not installed anything on the top of the rack yet but I have stood on it and it did not budge. If anything is going to fail its my welds on my custom mount.Pros: Quality of the rack itself is great, light weight, and a good value.Cons: cheap hardware and loose bolts on pre-assembled partsIf possible I'll try to share all the bolt sizes once I have them all replaced.

Fully fully impressed. Let there be no doubt!
There is no doubt in my mind that these are OEM suppliers for Yakima. These are that good. Fit, finish, hardware are all above grade down to the screening of the numbers to tell you if the bars are centered or how high you are. Everything fits perfectly, slides smoothly, installs without a hitch. And it is rock solid once it is all tied together-as in the whole truck will shake as one when you shake the rack. I did a custom install so that the forward rack mounts super close to the cab. In my application, it just looks so much better, it was worth the effort. Check it in the photo. So NICE! Truck handles better with the added weight. Wind noise is minimal. What I will likely do though is add a couple torq type security bolts to the the mount for added security.

Attachment Failure
This is a light-duty rack. It didn’t attach securely to my F-150 and wobbled in the wind without the cross bars attached. The clamps were made of aluminum or pot metal and didn’t mate with the stainless steel bolts. They were a pain to remove. I’m returning the rack. This didn’t work for me.

Rack nice/ hardware is a problem.
1. Base bolts don't fit Pace Edwards Ultra-groove rolltop tonneau, BUT I bought some Stainless 5/16 X 1 with flat washers and stop nuts and that works. That is probably exclusive to me because of my topper. No big deal.2. 8M X 20 Bolts that hold top crossbars down to base bars (uprights) are too long and they bottom out before they become tight against lock washers and flat washers. This could have caused damage if I kept tightening and didn't notice. I had to take off about two threads (3mm) from each of all 8 bolts. That is NOT ok.3. 1 of the holes on both Cross Bars had to be elongated because it doesn't align with the bolt hole to attach the end cap. That is pretty unacceptable. Fix your template!4. The instructions SUCK! Iit's not terribly difficult to figure out, though, except when the parts don't fit together as they are designed to and that creates much more confusion.5. Other than those things, it appears to be well built (sturdy, nice design and good welds). I will like it I think.

Amazing for the price
Installed this to a Nissan frontier 2016 took a handyman (Me) only 45 minutes to install. And I did use power tools and the hardware (screws/fasteners) didn't have any problems at all. I am going to replace them with higher quality stainless steel cuz the finish on them is tarnishing a little but over the last 6 months they have held up more then fine. I've also loaded this thing up hella for work and it is bulletproof over 700lb no problem on top. Also the finish on the aluminum is pretty damn good has only a few scratches and I'm not easy on it

This rack whistles above 55mph
The racks produce a very audible and annoying whistle starting at roughly 55mph. Trying different positions to mitigate. Most likely the whistle is caused by the bottom slot of the front cross bar. If covering the slot does not solve the whistle, back in the box for return.Plastic end caps on cross bars are disappointing as well. I would not trust anything anchored or tied off to plastic end caps.Other than the whistling and plastic end caps, the racks appear weld made and should serve well for light duty use. If the whistling can be solved I’ll fabricate proper metal end caps to replace the plastic.

Not the best Quality Control
Does the job, quality control on parts is awful. Coating on hardware is not great and rusts within a less than a year of use. Works moderately well with BakFlip Revolver 4x, but at this point would consider an alternative cover/rack combo.
