Placing a cold gel pack over one of the air cells, usually the lowest pouch, is recommended to speed recovery from stiffness and discomfort. Cover gel pack with cloth; never place gel pack directly against skin! As part of the treatment, as your heels are pushed out and up on the foot piece, and your legs are extending, the BACK/LUMBAR unit will now slide below the buttocks, lifting buttocks up and off the ground. This BACK PAIN TREATMENT provides a feeling of lightness and relief from painful stiffness and compression in the low back. The foot part doesn't work for me - I don’t feel a stretch so I just use the back part. I first used this everyday for 2 weeks and now just once a week. It works really well.

**Q: can this model be used at the same time at the full back model. or are the designed to be done at separate times?**
A: No. The Model 2500 is not compatible for simultaneous use with Models 4100-S or 4100-D.

**Q: How can I get a copy of the instructions?**
A: I just googled it and saw several options on there.

**Q: Is the best combo a 4100-S or -D and the 2500? Or do you only need the neck-only unit with the 2500?**
A: Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. If you're interested in the Model 2500 & would also like to work the neck area as well, we'd recommend the individual Posture Pump® Dual Disc Hydrator® (Model 1400-D) along with the Model 2500. The Model 1400-D has 2 air cells which work both the neck & upper back/"hump" region, providing more coverage & corrective relief! The Model 4100-S & 4100-D will only address the cervical & lumbar spine, but for lower back pain/sciatica discomfort, the Model 2500 would be the recommended product.

I took a chance and ordered this for my back pain. This works really well although I don’t use the foot portion to stretch out. Absolutely fantastic product. There is nothing that can quite decompress the spine while helping you maintain a healthy arch. I personally was afflicted by a flattened spine. This fixed me up in about a year. I had to use it every single day of course.

We wanted to like this, however it seemed uncomfortable and confusing. We followed directions on use, however it didn’t seem to stay in place with the foot extension piece and it seemed to pull very uncomfortably around the hips. It may work for you, but we packed it back up after trying it a few times.
