Does the Titan also have this feature?** A: No it does not. That is what is lost in the shortened design. **Q: Will this stop a man attacking?** A: The sound alone scares most people. I can only imagine it would stop a person quickly **Q: Awesome product! i’m the picture it has an “off & on button”, but the description says it doesn’t have a on & off button. does it have a switch?** A: It has (one) single spring loaded activation trigger. There is no additional On/Off switch. This means when the batteries are installed the product is LIVE and will stun when you push the activation trigger. This is an engineering choice for faster reaction time when dealing with sudden, animal attacks. **Q: Can’t find specs on output for this device. How many volts and amps does it put out?** A: I trust the OMega products for years, so own all their stun devices. I had a potentially aggressive dog approach me. It had previously bit a neighbor. It turned away from me after hearing the "infrasound" of a short discharge. So I never needed to diretly apply the electrical charge to them. Omega tells us their products are the most powerful on the market. I have never seen any credible disagreement about that. So I believe it, unless I learn otherwise.
