Sent back to Teva and they replaced them. 2nd pair has done the same thing after less than a year. Have worn Teva shoes for 10 years or more. Pricey but have lasted. Don't think they are making in the USA anymore. Quality has suffered, in my experience. **Q: I wear a 10.5. should I order the 10 or the 11? ( I know it's a dumb question)** A: Not a dumb question at all. I usually wear 10.5 shoes and have a wider than average foot, but found that Teva 10's fit me perfectly. I ordered my first pair in a 10, but they had to go back as they were too big.These are amazing flipflops; they're sturdy and grippy enough for light hiking (anywhere you have a footpath basically), and comfortable enough for every day wear. I have just ordered abother pair from amazon as my last one failed after 4 years. The strap became separated from the sole after my daughter stood on the heel for the millionth time.
