Carhartt has run a bit snug, so with this jacket I ordered 2XLT (6'1" 285lbs) to give me some extra room. the jacket doesn't lift in the back when I bend. My arms are always fully covered never having the cuff pulling up my arm. I could add MULTIPLE layers below (another hoodie a windbreaker a thermal long sleeve and normal attire will all zip inside fine). Best thing is I won't need layers unless shoveling in a storm. I put this on with a TShirt while it was snowing sideways 2 days ago and felt nice and cozy.
