**Q: is it easy to anchor this on my floor? does it need to be drilled or something?**
A: It already has hole drilled into it. I suppose you could anchor it to a concrete floor if you drilled and put anchor bolts in the floor. I just through bolted it to a long 2 by 12 and use it outside with the 2 by 12 running perpendicular to the bar like a T. I have another one for inside that just fits inside 2 or 3 45lb olympic weights. much easier for inside and no drilling.

**Q: Is the handle in the picture included?**
A: Hey David, the handle is not included.

**Q: My tower base bar is 3", will this attach?**
A: The u shaped slot where a base bar will fit is 2 3/8" wide.  However, the unit can also be bolted down.  I have never used the slot.  First I bolted the unit to a triangular piece of plywood that fit into a corner.  Now I have it bolted to a 4'x8' piece of plywood with an elyptical on top of the plywood.  With a little bit of imagination you will be able use it.

**Q: Does this fit the powerline ppr200x rack?**
A: It fits square tube frames, frame sits into receiver type base plate with a set screw/knob.
