I ordered this product back in May to replace the sets we had for our restrooms in a convenience store. Unfortunately, both locks that were ordered and installed didn't last two months. The wear and tear wore the internal parts out. I had ordered another but will need to return it if they only last two months.

Replaced handle that broke. Like the occupied/vacant indicator on outside. installed in a snap.

Purchased these door locks to use i. a commercial establishment after installing and after return perioddiscovered that a person could sick their finger in the front of the door handle on the outside of the door and lock or unlock the door from the outside! Absolutely ridiculous… need someone to contact me !! Useless lock!!!

Same as others and less expensive. Will purchase more when needed.

We ordered these for our business. I love that people don’t have to guess if a bathroom is available or not. We have noticed that they have to be constantly tightened do to the frequent use. :(. If we don’t keep up on this the handles will fall off.

I’m so glad this bathroom privacy indicator lock is on Amazon as it was perfect for our needs. At first I was hesitant before I purchase since I don’t have any experience changing door knobs, but liked the idea that this is a drop-in replacement for the existing one requiring no modification to the bathroom door. Very well made not flimsy like some of the other ones we tried. I’m very happy with this purchase.
