They were larger than the pads that came with my Bissell. I was worried they wouldn't fit. They actually work better being bigger and adjustable. No more struggling to put a pad on the machine that barely fits! I paid $10 for postage and the sellersimply threw four flimsy generic thin pads into a brown 8 1/2 by 11" envelope. It's a rip off, so don't order these from HollywoodlightsL.A..They are not Bissell. They don't look like the picture. They don't fit the Bissell Steam Mop. They are not thick like the originalsthat come with the mop. They are thin and flimsy. Where did the seller import these from? He must've imported thousands of themand then when he gets an order, he throws a couple into a brown envelope and charges $10 postage for four mop replacements thatdon't fit and I can't use them. However they do fit my cleaner and they work well. They are thinner then the original mop covers I have but they still work fine. I use my steam mop 2 or 3 times per week and love it.
