I'm so glad that we found a good option for her that didn't involve a prescription eyedrop and pill. Getting her used to those options would be very difficult as she is an adult. Every time I feel even the slightest cold coming on or when I'm just feeling icky, I shoot a dropper full into 8oz of water and chug it down. It doesn't taste like much - rather herbal - but really knocks a cold out before it can take hold and then I followup with a couple more doses during the day just to be certain.
