Best natural remedy I have ever used!
This stuff out-does epsom salt and muscle rub any day of the week. Be sure to follow the instructions for optimal relief. It is great for back issues or sore muscles after a workout.

Not my favorite product
I love this company and their other muscle melt products but this one is a miss. The bag broke open right away in the tub leaving a huge mess. It turned my nice white tub orange. It also smells a bit like a curry so it was an odd scent to have in the bathroom.

A swing and a miss.
After using the patches I wanted to try the other products. Unlike most bath salts this came in a one use large mesh bag. As soon as it hit the water the contents went everywhere leaving a mess to clean up afterwards. This would've been really nicer if it had multiple bags. The scent that lingers with you isn't that pleasant which doesn't help much for the soak either.
