The seller did contact me regarding the issue and did offer a partial refund due to the difficulty with the screwdrivers, they also stated that the purchasing department would be more strict with the tools they use, Good seller response, that bumped them up to four stars in my review.

Screen colors are intermittent. Verticle white lines visible. Not a good quality screen. Removal tools work fine. This is a replacement screen. First one they sent was worse. We got a full refund.
