Review: Perfect Cloud is the perfect name - SO soft and comfy - I have tried lots of different memory foam pillows and FINALLY found the perfect one for me! I am a back and side sleeper. The foam in this one is the perfect combination of support and softness. Other memory foam pillows I have tried felt like a brick. Now, if I’m being 100% honest, my husband doesn’t really like this one. He said it’s too flat for him, so he prefers the thicker denser memory foam pillow we have or the My Pillow. Personally, I don’t like a pillow to be too thick (or dense feeling). So, if you’re like me and prefer to sink into your pillow, but not to the point that you then feel like you’re sleeping on nothing, you should def try this pillow! It’s so soft and comfortable but also has just the right density for neck support in both the back and side sleeping positions!! I love it! I hope this review is helpful to others on the search for the perfect pillow. I’ll also add that I have been sleeping on mine for about a week so, I can’t testify as to how the memory foam stands the test of time in retaining the perfect comfort and support that I love in this pillow , but I feel like I have slept so much better since sleeping on this pillow and it’s very well made. I also like that it has a 3 year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Review: Best Pillow Ever! - absolutely the most comfortable pillow I've ever owned. in my 50 years on the planet I've struggled with finding a comfortable pillow. i'm primarily a side and stomach sleeper and i'd find myself having to bunch pillows up with my arm under them to get comfortable. The foam pillows I found were too hard and my jaw or neck would hurt in the morning. the fiber pillows were cheap and provided no support at all. My grandmother made me a feather pillow when I was a baby and while it was comfortable, it couldn't be washed properly and getting poked in the face every night by escaping feathers was no fun. This pillow provides the right amount of support without having to bunch it or put your arm under it. I almost didn't know what to do with my arms when I started using it. it is also soft enough that your jaw and/or neck don't hurt in the morning. Definitely worth the money. Also - it doesn't have that funky smell that a lot of foam pillows come with. I'm a hot sleeper too and my head stayed cool all night.

**Q: Why is every single review listed below from someone who "received the pillow at a discounted price for their honest opinion?" Seems suspicious.**
A: Your observation is spot-on, Aaron.  I will not purchase any item from Amazon that is front-loaded with "I received this item at a discount for...."  I'm sick to death of it, frankly.  And with regard to Mr. Lewis' comment that "most people do not leave reviews unless they had a bad experience," that may be true, but I'm more inclined to write a review if I have an especially good experience with an item for 2 reasons: (1) I want others to know if a product was great, and that they will likely be pleased with their purchase, and (2) I don't buy that many 1-, 2-, or 3-star items from Amazon because I research the item carefully before purchase.  So if my "review history" seem skewed to the positive end, its because I'm a prudent buyer and absolutely will NOT settle for junk.  Back to your original concern, I believe you're wise to view items with a lot of "bought-and-paid-for" reviews skeptically; I now (since about 6 months ago) give them all a "not helpful" mark, because they're truly NOT helpful -- I can't believe in them, and wish Amazon and sellers would quit the practice.

A: It's about 6 inches high. But is very soft and slowly conforms to your head as you sink in. It's great for side sleepers. Probably not the best for stomach sleepers if you like a flat pillow.

I like this pillow. When I first received it, it did have a slight chemical smell but after a day or so the smell dissipated. I had been searching for the perfect pillow for me, this is the first pillow of its kind I have owned, and I can't say this is it. It took a few days to get use to, after sleeping on regular crappy pillows your body has to get use to sleeping on a pillow like this. When sleeping on your side, which I mostly do, you have to leave your head in one spot, give it time to settle to your shape, once it has done that it's great. Until it settles it makes me feel like my head is slipping off the pillow. The memory foam is good quality and I'm confident it will keep its shape for quite sometime. One of the reasons for the 4 stars and not 5 stars is it isn't as cool as I had hoped, its better if you don't use your own pillow case but the problem with that is the material around the sides are scratchy and rough, so I have to use my own pillow case. All and all it is a really good pillow, absolutely great when sleeping on your back and not bad when sleeping on your side. I don't sleep on my stomach so can't tell ya about that. I do not regret my purchase but its safe to say the search for my perfect pillow isn't over.
