Review: A headache caused my a defective part - The product might be good, but we received a defective one. When we asked if the defective part can be replaced, they told us it’s not possible, and the only option is to return it. But to return it you need to pack it in the original box, something that isn’t possible because once you attach the wheels they won’t come off, so you will need another much bigger box. To return it we need to deliver the giant box ourselves to Sharjah. (we are from abu dhabi) Update: we managed to fix it by ourselves. Now that it is fixed it seems like a great stroller. Although for a new born I think it’s better to buy a little mattress to put it inside.
