Loving it
I have been using this for almost a year for sled pulls and it has been great. Very sturdy and I have used to pull a sled and 24 plates.

Good belt BUT....
This is a well made belt, comfortable with padding in the right places to avoid hip pinching for everyone that's used it in my gym, from 130 lb female athletes to 320 lb powerlifters.However....Since this is a sled belt, I've got to knock off a star for the cheap snap hooks that barely clear the rings on my sleds (and certainly aren't going to last when the big boys start dragging the heavy sled loads) and the crazy long straps. I'm 6'4 myself and there is no reason for straps to be this long. Not even half this long. We've tied them into multiple knots to take out that slack and I would say that they are still multiple feet too long.Get it for the belt. Plan on having to make changes to the straps and clips to make it truly usable for sled drags.

Great for quad work on the sled
I needed it for the sled to do quad work, basically walking backward and pulling the sled. It serves its purpose well. I wanted to run with it but it's uncomfortable moving forward and pulling. I still gave it 5 because it's comfortable and works very well.

Your knees will thank you!
I have been using this to pull a weighted sled to help my knees, and I LOVE IT SO MUCH!! If you have bad knees, do not pass go, ORDER this today, and then go find "Knees Over Toes Guy" on YouTube and/or social media for the how-to. I am morbidly obese (was 330, down now to 300), and this waist belt fits me with room to spare, but is absolutely adjustable and will fit a MUCH smaller person. I love it because it stays in place while I push a weighted sled across the room (I just loop the straps and hold them with the pushing bars), then I lean back into the belt and pull the sled back again. The pull not only strengthens all the stabilizing muscles in the knee, but it just feels sooooo good on my back and lumbar spine.

LOVE
The media could not be loaded. Hooked this up to my kids’ wagon instead of constantly pushing them through our gravel roads and WOW it was a totally different workout and it was great! The belt is comfortable, the length is very adjustable with dual or single strap use. I love it!!

Great for Backward Drags and is Adjustable
I have a 40x8' turf space my clients of all ages push and pull sleds ... I picked up this belt to alleviate the excessive shoulder joint traction and postural issues that come with pulling the sled backward... the belt fastens tight so athletes (and I) and walk or jog backward, feeling only their legs working without wearing their arms out. When transitioning to pushing, they had to get used to gathering up the slack, and while a little wonky, it is inevitable and still works fine. I plan to purchase another one when I get another sled for my bigger studio space. Overall, it is exactly what I was looking for, and my clients from 15-65 years old use it.
