As was reported by some other reviewers, my kit was missing some screws but fortunately I was able to find some in my collection - not everyone will have these on hand, though. I will say that when I emailed support, they responded quickly and offered to send the missing screws. I'd recommend an inventory of parts before you start. This is not a project for very young children as they are likely to be frustrated assembling it. I debated whether this should be 3 or 4 stars because of the instructions, but the product itself is good enough that I gave it 4. Less than two weeks before the fair, two plastic pieces were broken (it is unclear to me how but not fault of vendor/manufacturer). I contacted customer service and they said they would send the parts. Since the parts would come from China, they wouldn’t arrive fast enough so they offered to send a kit from an Amazon warehouse and we agreed on price. They arrived in plenty of time to repair the robot. The build was not complicated but it took some finesse with holding parts and bolts/nuts.
