I'm not as worried about something in my bag creating a stress fracture or breaking the screen. This is also so much more reasonably priced than the similar rigid case sold by ReMarkable. The only thing I would change would be the stylus pen holder. It is just a small elastic loop on the outside edge. Doesn't feel secure and safe enough for the expensive stylus. I ordered a seperate pen holding pocket that attaches easily with an elastic loop strap. It holds the stylus secure and also protects the writing nub. Happy purchase for me. Many folks can salvage theirs but my power button was broken and wouldn't work. I tried the fixes in many videos to no avail. I love my reMarkable. I had to purchase another and glad that reMarkable does have its connect service so I could retrieve everything. But I knew I needed another cover so when I found this one I jumped at it.
