Up until the point of the failure it was working splendidly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ works well, shame about the ergonomics *by D***A on 26 July 2020* Excellent shredder, does the job well, not too noisy, looks good but some odd design points and it's just not designed right unless you are not going to move it . The on/off switch is tucked away at the back and the panel at the top of the bin which should let you see how full it is, is so dark it's useless. Lifting the top off is difficult - no finger places and it is very heavy but the worst thing is trying to lift the whole thing - the smooth design of the bin gives nothing to get hold of.
