Review: Super effective - We got these for a long cycle ride and had heard that they were really helpful for muscle recovery, improving energy and just generally feeling better - and they really worked! I can't believe how quickly I could feel the effects from such a little bottle. We started taking them morning and night for 3 days before a long ride (over 100 miles) and then I had one in the morning and one half way around and I really felt the difference. We kept taking it for 3 days past and I had no DOMS (My assumption is that it helped with that) and found I recovered really easily. I'm not keen on the taste of it but totally get why it tastes as it does - so I try to get it down as quickly as I can, but the effect far surpasses the taste!

**Q: Could someone please answer the shelf life question with a meaningful answer? Thanks**
A: My order which just arrived have a shelf life until November 2017.  I take this stuff every day as massive benefits.

**Q: Can you mix this and not lose any of it's power/affects? for example, with a smoothie? Thanks.**
A: It does taste pretty grim by itself - I would be surprised if mixing it made any difference to its effect. The shots are better than the juice - I down it as quickly as possible and then have some water or coffee - the taste goes very quickly. Remember - no mouthwash or toothpaste!

A: Approx. 12 months

**Q: Can drink the every day**
A: Absolutely, but it's recommended that you drink it 2 weeks out from a race, whether it's cycling or running
