Product Description ------------------- Nigella (Nigella damascene) is a native South European Spice. Commonly known as Black Cumin, it imparts a delicious earthy flavour adding both a pungent bite and delicious aroma to a range of dishes from all over the world.These delicious are often found in Naan bread, chutneys and pickles. They make a great addition not only to salads, but as an ingredient used in ther baking of baking savoury breads and biscuits. A tomato based chutney can be transformed into an exotic treat by adding a pinch of Nigella , some chilli and a little ground coriander.
