**Q: when is the expires date？**
A: Sorry, no date on the date

**Q: Is this product vegan with it looking extremely white ?**
A: Pearl sugar is made from processed refined white sugar. In terms of, 'Vegan', I would say it is.
It is just made into small pieces by a process in the refining.

**Q: Is this nut safe??**
A: Pearl or Nib sugar is just ordinary white suger (Refined sugar)  in a larger grain size.  I use it on fruit pies rather than ordinary sugar which I find tends to burn.
I cannot see anyway that the suger is involved with nuts in it's manufacture. It is used by bakers on buns and  other types of cake and as said on pies.

**Q: Is this sugar good for Belgian waffles?**
A: I only use Pearl sugar to dust over pies, never used it in any other cooking way. It would appear from other answers that it is OK for Belgian waffles.
