Great product for the price. I’ve tried using tretinoin several times over the past 5 years and my skin just doesn’t tolerate it. The naturium retainal cream hasn’t caused any issues at all. I will definitely continue to use. Wrinkles and discoloration is definitely improving

I’ve reordered this Naturium Retinaldehyde Cream several times (and love other Naturium skincare products, as well). My skin is soft and smooth after using it at night, and it helps wrinkles stay at bay. None of their products have ever bothered my skin, and they’re all a great value - especially.compared to other products. The only thing I’ll recommend is to make sure you don’t get his cream on your clothing (like the neck of what you’re wearing at night after putting it on) because it is a yellow color which is normal for a retinaldehyde. It does come off in the wash, but i don’t know if it would come off of every material.

Unfortunately, my skin can not handle this strength :( The ingredient profile is beautiful, non greasy, absorbs quickly, and does give temporary hydration. I would not use this unless you have worked your way up retinol/reti-a/tret products in the past. For my dry-sensitive skin I apply several layers of essense-serum-moisturizer, aquaphor around my eyes let it sit for 10 min than go in with 2 pumps of this and sadly every morning I wake up with red raw dry skin :( I can not put makeup on the next day (I need color corrector under my eyes or I look sleep deprived) and it takes 3 days of thick creams to calm my skin down. The product itself is very good, I just don't see myself ever being able to use it, at least not anytime soon.

I have tried many times, unsuccessfully, to use prescription tretinoin. I have tried retinol. I cannot use any of the versions/strengths I have tried. I have psoriatic arthritis which also comes with some psoriasis and I think this may be the reason I cannot seem to adapt to the stronger "stuff". The redness, peeling and pain have never resolved - no matter what instructions I have followed. So, I tried this retinaldehyde. I can use this and have no irritation! I know it isn't as "wow" as tretinoin, but I am not going to put myself through that torture any longer, so this is a great solution. I use the weakest % on my face and one step up for my lower cheeks (under the cheek bone) and the backs of my hands. I have tried one step up on my entire face and I get too irritated - not terrible, but I quit using it there as soon as I could tell it irritated my skin.

I read a lot of good things about the skin cream so many people were giving it high. Praise, there are so many skin products out now it can cause your head to spin. I never know what to use. Should I use hyaluronic acid? should I use vitamin C, collagen, retinol,? This was a new one for me, but I will say it was disappointing. I saw no change no difference I could have not used it and it would’ve been the same result. It’s a good thing is it’s not that expensive. Everyone’s skin is different though and someone else may have a great result with it so that’s why I didn’t give it a super low star count.
