Brilliant model, lovely detail but lacking wood deck, railings and rigging. Great for the price.
This kit is awesome. So much detail, no flash at all, very good instructions and it builds up to a very nice model. I added the rigging on mine as it didn't come with the kit. Also there are no railings so you're best bet if you want realism is to get either the premium version or an aftermarket detail kit. Also no wood deck despite it saying the deck is included. It's just a piece of plastic. Other than the railings, rigging and deck it's a very good model for the price.

superb kit.
Purchased this for a friend who has the patience to spend months creating fantastic replicas. He is in absolute modelling heaven with this piece of kit. Delivery was also quick.

This Warspite is the only 1/350 model I could find online so I bought it because I wasn't sure if id enjoy ships having only really build planes and cars in the past and as this one was so cheap and Warspite is my favourite ship I took a gamble! Most 1/350 battleships can be £70+ and at almost half that I couldn't complain! Of course amazon made sure the model was delivered on time too.This model took me around 12 months to complete however it was on and off alot and in total I would say I spent around 70 hours building and painting it which was all very fun!Overall I feel this model should be easy for most modeller but lacks the extensions for those experienced modellers due to the fact there is a limited amount of photoetch parts. However the model does include photoetch cranes which at this price really isn't bad at all and gave my first experience with photoetch which if you don't know are thin metal parts replacing the plastic ones. I also added some photoetch railings which i bought separately and really do finish off the detail but are very fiddley. In my opinion this is a great model and I enjoyed every minute of building it!P.s. Ignore the unfinished Hood in the background

Well I haven't built this model yet but looking at the sprues it looks to be very well moulded and should build into an excellent model of this famous ship. There's a highly detailed photo etch crane included, just add some photo etch railings and it should look great, well done Academy.

RN battleship par supreme
Was suprised at how good this model was and also, how much detail has gone into it since it's not a very big model. A vessel that has a long history in the Royal Navy and one that I have never built, but have admired this class of Battleship of a long time, not just for it's longevity but what she did for this country during both world wars.

Kit not to good scale. Too expensive.
Item delivered on time. This kit is designed for people with tiny fingers. Instructions are very small pictures, and sometimes obscure. Many of the parts are too small to remove from the sprue and fall apart easily. If you are making a collection of model ships, the scale of this one is off, supposed to be 1/350, much smaller. However, it is a well detailed kit. I will not be buying any more from this manufactor. Not nearly as good as Tamya or revell. Not worth the purchase price.
