Review: Excellent - amazing customer service! - I have owned Swatch's but now getting back into them, and bought this one in remembrance of the Queen and wasn't disappointed! I love the box with the Queen's Guard on it and the sparkly cardboard crown inside...Swatch is good at the details! I had emailed Customer Service as I was concerned the Queen's outfit wasn't changing colours - it take 3-4 days for her dress to change colour fully. Also, if you pull the crown (dial) out halfway you can change the dress colour manually. Thank you Customer Service for your quick responses and clear instructions. After a long break from owning a Swatch, I am hooked again as their craftsmanship, uniqueness and quality can't be beat. Am going to be purchasing more in the future 😁

I have owned Swatch's but now getting back into them, and bought this one in remembrance of the Queen and wasn't disappointed! I love the box with the Queen's Guard on it and the sparkly cardboard crown inside...Swatch is good at the details! I had emailed Customer Service as I was concerned the Queen's outfit wasn't changing colours - it take 3-4 days for her dress to change colour fully. Also, if you pull the crown (dial) out halfway you can change the dress colour manually. Thank you Customer Service for your quick responses and clear instructions.
