A: By pushing the close button the umbrella will only partially close. You will then need to close manually by pushing down from the top of umbrella till it clicks into place near the handle.

**Q: How heavy is it? In grams?**
A: I don’t know exactly how heavy but it was too heavy for me and I gave it aeay

**Q: I bought this umbrella a year ago and its been amazing! However today I went to use it and it refuses to open, is there any way I can fix it?**
A: Hi Christopher,

We are sorry to hear this.

If the button cannot be pressed down properly, you could try and withdraw the umbrella towards the handle a little further bit and see if the button can be pressed down properly after.

Any questions, please get in contact with Balios Umbrellas (Baliosumbrellas) directly and they should be able to help.

Thanks very much!

Best regards,
Mary
