I can use it for almost everything from searing a steak to steaming vegetables and dumplings. It heats evenly, cooks food well, and I don’t feel like I need ten different pans in my kitchen. Also, one of my favorite things about it is that it’s not heavy. It feels sturdy and high-quality but it’s still easy to handle and move around while cooking. Cleaning it is simple too. I was slightly hesitant at first to invest in this pan because of a disappointing experience with another well-known brand that was extremely sticky and ruined every meal. But the quality difference here is obvious. This truly feels like one of those rare purchases that’s both practical and aesthetic, and I would absolutely recommend it to my friends.

This pan so far has lived up to the hype. It is beautiful, light weight and the best non-stick I have ever used. I have only had it for a week but I feel certain it will last a long time and will be worth the money. Glad I bought it.
