You'll be rewarded for that attention with a full rich body and deep chocolatey character, with some phantom tobacco and fruit notes around it. Despite the robusta beans, the caffeine isn't over the top so a second shot is possible without bouncing off the walls. It doesn't get lost in milk, either - great to make cappuccino sing.
