Review: It's worth it. - I recently bought this a week going on two. I like it it's been helping me with my cravings at random time for sweets or something I can't seem to stop craving. I haven't gotten any blood work done recently but I'm hoping this helps with my blood sugars going down vs up. You do have to give this time to work it doesn't work in just one day it takes time. I take two a day my stomach hasn't had any problems with this at all I feel like it helps out more than anything I also don't have any pain problems as well. You do just get half a bottle but I rather be taking this vs something that's more harder on my liver or kidneys. If you do your research you'll find which one works best for you. Everyone is different. UPDATE: This actually helps by a lot! I saw my PCP before may she had me do my labs and when she told me my blood sugar levels have decreased by a lot I was sooo happy I'm not longer close to level 6 I'm actually closer to my levels being under 5 which makes me happy she recommends me to keep taking the supplements but to also do some exercises as well. Not gonna lie my sugar intake isn't as it used to be I don't eat as much sweets as I used to and sometimes my taste buds get over powered with the sweetness I can't always eat them. I HIGHLY recommend anyone having a hard time with blood sugar levels to buy this it works and is worth it.
