If the latter, have you made sure you have plugged in pedal into the correct socket? I have Casio SP-3 pedal and all 4 options (see page EN-14 of the User's Guide) work fine. **Q: Does this keyboard have 'Dance Mode'?** A: Sorry can't answer that one. Not something I have attempted. Can't find reference to Dance mode in users guide. **Q: Is there suppose to be a user manual included in the box as I've received mine but there's no manual?** A: I think so, it should include the warranty as well. The touch responsive keys really do make it feel like a real piano and the piano sounds are excellent. Still finding my way around all the many features but very pleased with it so far. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Keyboard, Beware of Power Plug! *by S***N on 16 July 2021* This Keyboard has great sound, lots of functions, lots of sounds, great keyboard for beginners and way beyond! Very good quality for money! Just be very aware, if you are living in the UK you may get it delivered with a 2 pin plug and Amazon were unable to help so you may not be able to play it when you get it! I contacted both Casio and the seller who were both helpful and was sent a 3 pin plug! This is the reason I only gave it 4 stars.
