Excellent product!
I am very happy with this machine.1) Extremely easy to set up. On the counter within 15 minutes.2) The water tastes great - like absolutely nothing! Just follow the instructions; you need to run the filter a few times (I had the pitcher filled three times by the machine).3) Once the pitcher is filled, the water comes out pretty quick. Is it as fast as my fridge? No, but it is worth a loss in speed for the reduction of chemicals.4) No leaking! Just make sure the filters are in correctly and that you donât have residual water drops on the bottom of the water reservoir or pitcher.I will be recommending to friends. The big filter only needs to be replaced once a year, and the smaller filter lasts three months. Thatâs pretty good!

Almost perfect... almost
Easy setup and love Frizzlife filtration systems. Was excited to have a countertop/somewhat portable water filter that we could place anywhere in the house. Water tastes great and love the display and information. The only downside is you have to change the water in the tank 2 to 3 times a day. That's right, not just fill, but change. This makes it a little less convenient to use anywhere, so you have to be near a sink or carry around the tank. We purchased a system to mount in the kitchen and may do that in other areas of the house because they are more affordable and less effort.

Frizzlife counter filter
So far i like the taste of the water. I recently added minerals to it. Iâve been using it for approximately 3 months now. There was a leak at the initial use during set up but that stopped. I noticed the water in the reserve would need to be replaced even though there was still 25% left into. After a month I noticed that leftover over would smell a little. I would need to wash the reserve tank and refill often. I was adding the minerals in the pitcher but I noticed mold would start so I stopped adding minerals at he pitcher and the mold stopped. I add my minerals when I transfer the water in glass pitcher and place in the frigde and so far no mold. I still like it. I use it a lot. I already have a whole house water filter from Lifesource and I needed an inexpensive reverse osmosis. This worked out for me. The taste of water is good. I wish the pitcher was glass but overall the price for item is worth it. It does take up a lot on the counter but having good water is worth it. Easy set up. It is work needing to add water all the time but I donât mind since I know my water is better.

This system does it all simply
I am very happy with my new filtration system. It was very easy to put together and even easier to use. They seem to have thought of everything. I love the large reservoir that does not need to be filled up frequently and the lid that slides back making fills easy. The fact that it is able to make high ph water is a game changer for me and my health. Water is filtrated quickly and goes into a pitcher with an option to just fill up a glass. Itâs performance is top notch and is a great value for your money, but most importantly it makes great tasting water.

Update at almost 90 days! Clean water from a high TDS well on a Caribbean island! Simple to use!
Update after nearly 3 months! Very happy. We live on a remote tropical island, with years of experience with RO systems on boats. We monitor our well water and Frizzlife RO water for TDS regularly now. Our well water before using the RO is at 600-625 TDS using our own calibrated meters. The Frizzlife Countertop RO WB-99 produces drinking water at 80-90 TDS, very clear and with great taste. If we run the RO water back through the Frizzlife, we can get the product water down to 6 TDS, but see no reason to do so. Because our well water has such a high TDS, and because the Frizzlife puts its âdiscardâ water back into the fill tank for the second run of RO product water, we make one pitcher of RO drinking water, then empty the fill tank and refill with fresh well water. This keeps our RO product water always at 80-90 TDS. We keep our 2 Frizzlife pitchers full in the refrigerator, along with a number of other containers. Great unit!5 stars! We have a well that produces water (after filters and UV sterilization) between 600-625 TDS. It has been tested and is drinkable, but our experience with high pressure RO systems on boats had us thinking an undersink or countertop system would be a great addition to our filtration/UV system. We read every review of every system, and chose this Frizzlife countertop unit. Questions to Customer Service before the purchase were answered quickly. We purchased extra RO membranes, alkalization pads, a second pitcher, and a backup fill tank.As many reviewers say, make sure to seat the filters properly/firmly. We donât use the âfill cupsâ function, we just have the second pitcher in the refrigerator, and also fill a number of drinking water bottles. The automatic TDS meter does not perfectly match our 2 hand-held meters (which we calibrate with a proper sodium solution from Amazon), but those differences donât amount to much. Generally, after 2 months of daily use, we see the Frizzlife produce water from 80-90 TDS (from a starting point of well water at 600-625). We are thrilled with that. Itâs quiet, and plug and play. A great unit!

Tastes great and works well so far (3 months in)
The media could not be loaded. Itâs easy to assemble only drawback would be that the pitcher is pretty small so my family ended up buying a big mason jar to save in the fridge.

Sleek design and does a good job cleaning the water.
This looks nice and works well. Wish it was a little faster at times, but over all I am happy with it. Hope the filters go the distance. I have around 10 to 14ppm and is very clean. The reservoir had over 174ppm from the faucet and after the water cycles about 3x's and the system tells you to change the water in the reservoir was 3.3x's higher ppm of 578ppm.It really does a good job on cleaning the water. When the system tells you to toss away your left over water at the end. Do it. I think it will last well over a year for me. Not a huge fan of the Alkaline filter or the little carbon filter that has a 3 month interval. Since all my water comes out of the faucet I am not too worried about high levels of Alkaline or worried about if I was filtering from river water where you may need a 6 stage filter. I use it for making ice, Carbonated water and whatever else I drink.

Heavy Duty Filtration, Pure Tasting Water, Reputable Company with Canadian Presence
[PROS] đâHeavy duty filtration process removes all the contaminants, according to the manufacturers website 1000+ contaminutes at a 99.99% filtration rate which is impressiveâSet-up process takes little effort, in less than 45 minutes, I managed to set-up the machine which includes filtering the recommended 3-5 containersâThe main filter life is 1 year and the replacement cost is affordableâHighly responsive touchscreen, you can select 3 pre-determined water quantities or press a button that has no limit and will pour until you turn it offâCompact and surprisingly doesn't take much counterspace; most importantly the machine is self-sustained which means no hoses, pipes, or any form of installations[CONS] đâAlkaline filter life is 3 monthsâAlkaline taste is present but the alkaline taste found in my Santevia is more potent and tasty. I would have liked to have a higher alkaline level, with Frizzlife it's 8ph with Santevia it's 9.5ph, I found a way to make them similar in taste (more info below)âWhen removing the rear water tank to discard the "dirty" water, I need to wipe down the insertion area with a cloth every time because of minor leak during the separation of the tank, not a big deal, just a minor inconvenienceâPlastic pitcher, I would have liked to see glass pitchers instead[PRODUCT EXPERIENCE] â â â â â đThe Frizzlife Countertop Reverse Osmosis System is currently priced as $479.99 with a -20% discount at the time of this review. I spent HOURS upon hours cross-comparing reverse osmosis systems by completing thorough research through YouTube, manufacturer websites, customer reviews, customer support, Reddit, etc. I think in total, I spent about 4 hours+ in my research, until I stumbled on the Frizzlife brand. After completing a thorough inspection on the Frizzlife website, videos and customer feedback, I felt confident in my choice to select this brand. What stood out was the strong customer support, the brand has a Canadian presence in a Toronto office (along with US presence in California) and their website showcases their machines at a water expo event. After the set-up process, I was set on a mission to thoroughly test the water produce by the Frizzlife unit over the next week. It did take some time to adjust with the different water tastes, but in a good way. I was used to drinking from a Satevia countertop alkaline water system that produced around 9.5ph. The taste of the alkaline is potent and it sort of tastes like fresh water from a river untouched by man. I really do enjoy the taste and think it's a fantastic water system but I wanted to try something more automated with a superior filtration system. Santevia has a good filtration system but the Frizzlife is superior at an industrial level and removes a vast number of unwanted toxins from the water (1000+ according to their website. The Frizzlife pouring system is excellent, the presents work flawlessly with accurate measurements and the freeform water button is also reliable, I can remove the drip tray and easily fill my water bottle for the gym. The detachable pitch is one of the components that sold me because you can place it in the fridge and have cold water and even better, the company sells additional pitchers which I purchased here on Amazon. The taste of the water is close in taste to the Kirkland bottled water if I had to compare it with a well known brand. In order to increase the PH levels and mirror the taste of the Santevia, I purchased alkaline mineral pouches and placed them into the Frizzlife detachable pitcher which worked out extremely well. The taste is now closer than ever between the 2, so no compromise is needed. You get the incredible filtration force of the Frizzlife while keeping the heavier alkaline taste of Santevia rolled into a single water machine. Perhaps Frizzlife can look into this feedback and implement an improved mineral filter to help mirror the taste of heavier alkaline water in the future but at least I found a solution. So far, my wife and child love the simplicity of the Frizzlife and I've recommended the machine to co-workers, family and friends because I personally feel it's important to have the purest possible drinking water available to help live a longer healthier life.4.75 out of 5 stars.

Room for improvements
The media could not be loaded. Alright, it's a pretty solid choice, but like anything, it's got its ups and downs.First off, the good stuff. I love how it comes with a portable pitcher. It's super handyâjust grab it and pour yourself some clean water whenever you need it. Plus, it's better than a lot of other systems out there because it's pre-filtered and ready to go in a snap. Plus, it's only have 2 filters to take care of, and are reasonably priced. And let's not forget about the alkaline water it produces. That's actually why I went for this system in the first place. With a pH level between 7.5 to 8, it's right in that sweet spot for me.But, there are a couple of things that bug me. The dispensing flow is a bit on the slow side. I mean, if the water's already filtered and in the pitcher, shouldn't it come out faster? It'd be awesome if there was an option to speed things up a bit.And then there's the plastic situation. I get it, plastic's convenient and all, but I'd feel better if there was a GLASS pitcher option. I mean, we're using this system to look after our health, right? Having to take the pitcher out at night because I don't want water sitting in plastic doesn't feel ideal.Oh, and don't even get me started on the water tank. Mixing the wastewater with the intake water just doesn't seem right. It messes with the water quality and probably shortens the filter life. It'd be way better if you had separate tanks for that.Overall, though, I'd say it's a pretty good system. It looks sleek, it's easy to use, and it gets the job done. But hey, here's hoping they take some of these suggestions on board for the next version. I'd be first in line for a GLASS pitcher if you sell it separately, that's for sure.
