I bought a Quest Pro especially for this purpose and it worked well (Virtual Desktop now that it supports multiple monitors, and Immersed). When I switched to a Quest 3 I wanted to carry over some of the benefits of the Quest Pro - the halo style headset and optional light blocking.Btw - my head is rather on the large side. After a little research/YouTube reviews I went for Globular Cluster for the CMQ3 Comfort mod, and the magnetic facial interfaces (also on Amazon) ... and then I also ordered the silicon interface too from Globular Cluster.I'm extremely happy with all purchases.I've not noticed the same sort of fatigue wearing this Quest 3 set-up with comfort mods, as I did with the Quest Pro. I thought the Quest Pro was comfortable but the pressure would get to me after a couple of hours, but so far I've worked for more than 2-hours at a time in this ensemble without noticing discomfort from wearing it. (Instead I need toilet breaks/food-breaks/concentration-fatigue breaks etc. when coding becomes a bit intense).Even with the silicon interface on, and walking faster ... 3.5mph+ on the treadmill (while watching a movie on the cinema screen etc.) I've not noticed fogging.Note - I've found with either Quest headset, wearing glasses can be a bit awkward with any facial interface / light-blocker ... even with the side blockers on the Quest Pro ... and so I get prescription lenses now for the headsets. I think with any facial interface, it might be a bit awkward with glasses. But with this CMQ3 thing without facial interface - with it "open" then glasses are no problem, like with the Quest Pro with no light blockers. And it can take a bit of fiddling around to find the optimum comfortable arrangement for the comfort mod to suit your head (and maybe trying different pads etc.) ... but my experience was that turned out to be fairly quick for me to find something that I no longer notice after hours of wear. The Globular Cluster packaging seemed high-end. The instructions seemed quite clear (always a nice surprise). And contact with the company (when buying the silicon facial interface direct from them) was pleasant.Highly recommended. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Globular Cluster always good quality *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 5 February 2024* I like GC kit its always well thought out and very well manufactured..this is no different basically turns your Q3 into a halo system . Easily makes my Q3 as comfortable as my Index and that's a big ask. Easy to fit to the Quest taking only a few minutes with care. I played for 1 hr on Beat Saber and 2hrs on pop One and didn't get steamed up or wet faced. Pad does a great job of absorbing moisture and keeps the headset well placed vision wise . I use an external battery pack anyway as it keeps up with the Q3 battery usage and doesn't add any weight to the headset ...I don't get the strap everything heavy to it mindset ..keep it light and movement is far easier without causing rotation..this headset kit is as perfect as it gets ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very comfortable *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 7 April 2025* Very comfortable, I was worried that it might not fit me well as I have a small head, buy now I've tried it I would never go back to the stock strap. There is a bit of movement in more active games, but so far not enough that it bothers me, and it is worth the trade off to be able to not have anything pressing against my face!I don't use an external battery, but I taped some weights into slot as it is definitely better with a counterweight. ## Frequently Bought Together - Globular Cluster CMQ3 Comfort Mod Compatible with Quest 3/Quest 3S - Comfort - Rest of Mind - One Stop Solution - INIU Link Cable with Charging [16ft] for Meta Quest 3s Oculus Quest 3 Quest 2/Pro, Pico 4, PC VR, Steam VR, USB 3.0 High Speed Data Cable, USB C Charger Cord for VR Headset Accessories - AMVR Upgraded Controller Grips Cover Compatible with Meta/Oculus Quest 3S/Quest 3 Accessories, with Battery Opening Cover and Knuckle Straps Protector --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.bo/products/590924652-globular-cluster-cmq3-comfort-mod-compatible-with-quest-3-3s](https://www.desertcart.bo/products/590924652-globular-cluster-cmq3-comfort-mod-compatible-with-quest-3-3s) --- *Product available on Desertcart Bolivia* *Store origin: BO* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
