I got the beige in a size small and medium and ended up going with the small. I tend to run medium to large so it definitely runs bigger. The color is also pretty accurate. I would say it is a bit more ivory-toned in person (which I actually like better). Some takeaways: - The shoulder pads aren't too thick and create a very nice shape. - I am SO picky with wrinkles and this set is amazing. Very rarely do I need to iron it (and it will ever only be the pants if I do need to iron) and that is because I took too long to move it to the dryer. - It is super comfy and feels like a great material. The pants are pretty thick as well (I live in FL and they are perfect). I wouldn't say the material is stretchy though, at all. If you get the right size it will fit perfect since there is an elastic on the back of the pants. - I can't button it - it snugs my hips and looks terrible (this was for both the small and medium). - It is slightly too long for me (5'4") by an inch or two but with heels it's fine. - There are a few hanging threads but honestly I have never bought something that doesn't have it. These especially are super small and not noticeable. Overall, would buy again & would recommend. ******EDIT****** -1 star So I loved this set so much that I went ahead and got the black in the same size that the cream fit me in, thinking it would be the same as the cream... the pants are a completely different pant and size. In my earlier review I had said that it runs bigger - this is not the case for the black!!! I could not even get the black pants to button. I am very disappointed and am contemplating not trying to get a bigger size either. I don't want to buy 3 sizes to see which size is actually going to fit me. I docked one star because of this but had I not received the cream set that I love, I would probably return completely and never look back.
