Works well. BIG and we can stay on our deck in direct sunlight withou any issues. Only suggestion I have is include a sleeve that you can slide over the umbrella when it is folded up. We are going to make one so it helps preserve the color and integrity of the material against the sun rays when not in use.

I love this umbrella. If I didn't have an umbrella prior to ordering this one I would have gotten 2of them. Thanks it's perfect.

Crank housing cracked for umbrella.

I am so glad I purchased this Umbrella for my patio in my backyard. Not just for the quality of the whole package, (Canopy and Base). It is the perfect size along with enough shade so my puppy can be outside during the summer. I did have an issue with this product but the contact person was not only fast to respond but tried to insure I was satisfied. The issue was solved and I was most definitely 100 % satisfied. Great and excellent customer service.

Nice umbrella and covers a large area. The bags that come with it to put sand in is a joke. A little slot to put the sand into it. I didn't use them. I put 2 50# bags in another plastic bag for more strength. One bag fits on a side plus I screwed it to my deck. No way is the wind going to take it. ( Follow up on product )I just opened it up today for the third time and one side isn't opening all of the way. Trying to get a replacement or credit for this on e. I just hope the company follows through and honor its product. So far I haven't heard anything from them. I tried getting ahold of the company and they don't respond also I tried getting help with Amazon and they tell me there's nothing that they can do. which is a bunch of bull. After this I will be looking for other companies to do business with. I'll be doing more business with Walmart and Target. At least they back up their product. Everything with umbrella is going wrong. Biggest waste of money I every had.

So far, so good! I put together this umbrella by myself (( well hubby had to lift the umbrella into the stand for me haha)) but I built the whole stand in about 10 minutes. My nephew loaded up the base with bags of sand. (( 240lbs worth )) We have a 20mph wind today and the umbrella is sitting completely still! Definitely want to close it when not in use like ANY other umbrella just to save the actual umbrella from prolonged winds and potential damage. A great value! Just what we were wanting!
