I used these on a small but very itchy rash on the top of my foot. The cold packs really helped ease this. I would recommend buying back up gel packs so you can have them waiting in the freezer when you have to change them. I am a small person so I ordered the small size. I found them to be a little tight around the ankles but no big deal.

I purchased the socks on the 22. of November through Amazon Australia. Very expensive They arrived today. 4 gel packs as promised... But the Amazon advertisement stated an ankle strap and extra gelpacks for the ankles as well as a storage bag. These items are sadly missing from my order. I ordered the med as it said it fit 7-11. I wear a size 9 and the socks are way too short. however, i tried them with the freezer packs and they are wonderful. I am returning them for the appropriate size, and may even order a second pair as they feel great.

Provides great relief. I wish top pocket covered whole top of foot but I ad libbed and it worked out.
