I believe the usability and the usefulness of this book is severely compromised by this woeful shortfall in oversight of and capability of the printing process. If you want to be able to fully read all of this book, in printed form at least, it is not possible so don't buy it, unless the publishers revisit the thirty-three screenshot images which are illegible. I feel completely ripped off in having paid money for a book I cannot fully read and, unless there was malicious intent, I can only assume that no-one involved in the publishing of this book actually checked through one of the printed copies. Disappointed. Review: The author or editor did not notice that nearly every statement in this book is repeated in the very next sentence, with only slight changes to the wording.
