Wish I would have bought sooner!!
My husband purchased this as a gift for me for my birthday and I love it! I have been using it for about 4 months now and can tell a huge difference in my muscles. The curved The Deep Trigger Massage Stick works wonders for tight muscles on your legs. I started going back to the gym a few months ago and of course the first couple days were awful. The soreness and pain in my legs was almost unbearable. I know that its best to try to work the soreness out but it gets to a point where it hurts to even move your legs and it feels like you can’t so thats where this stick came in handy. I would lay on my belly and my kids would take turns rolling the stick on my legs. Of course they thought it was funny because I was in so much pain sometimes and would yell out a few times but I knew if I didn’t get the acid pushed around then my legs would hurt for even longer. We did this a couple times the first day and by the next day my legs were feeling great again! I highly recommend the deep tissue massage stick!! As for the ball, it worked ok on my feet but wasn’t that great. The body back massage stick works great! It has 11 uniquely placed knobs that help you to be able to reach places that you normally can’t reach. When pressure is applied, it brings blood flow to your muscles and helps your muscles to recover faster. I normally have lower back pain but since using this massaging stick, the pain isn’t as bad anymore. And I get knots in my back all the time and I used to have to go to a massage therapist at least a few times a month to have the knots worked out of my back but not anymore. With this stick, I am able to work them out at home. Now don’t get me wrong, I still go to the therapist about once a month but she has said that I don’t have near as many knots anymore and that she is impressed with this massaging set. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product and I would purchase it again! Highly recommend!!

A product that works! Two thumbs up
This is one of the most amazing tools I have ever used. My husband and myself have chronic back, shoulder and neck issues. I have a stress know at one of my shoulder blades that is the size of a golf ball...on a good day...it has been larger. Using the pointy end and just applying light pressure has helped the both of us tremendously. Be sure to read the instruction booklet that comes with the Back Buddy and you will be able to work out stress pressure point easily. The two little balls for the neck....AMAZING!!!!! I chose this set as I have plantar fascistic in my right foot..I have had problems with it for years and wanted to try the Rhino Ball...another wonderful tool. Again, follow the instruction booklet. The first day my arch was a little sore...but honestly, it felt so good on my feet I overdid it. It takes away the "tired" feeling. I cannot praise these two products enough. My husband who is the doubting one that anything is going to work...loves it. After using it just a couple times, he asks, "Where did you get this, it works!" Yes, this product works...yes it is worth the price...yes I would buy it again. Now for the construction...both are made from hard molded plastic. I do believe I could stand on either one and they would not break...I truly do not think I will have to replace them due to breakage. Thank you Body Back and Amazon.

In general, I love this Back Buddy. The ball... not so much.
In general, I love the Back Buddy. I have another similar one by a different company and they are fantastic for working out kinks. Why 4 stars instead of 5? The plastic is slightly too rigid for my preference. I would prefer a little more give and flexibility, much like the other brand that I have. Other than that it's great. I prefer the black color too rather than some of the gaudy bright colors some of the others come in because I keep this in my office at work and I like the way it blends with my decor. Now about the ball... the massage ball is pretty worthless as far as I'm concerned and I wish I hadn't paid extra to the get the bundle. It's such hard plastic that it's very uncomfortable to use against, well, any part of my body whatsoever. It's also so lightweight that on any hard surface floor it scoots across the floor and across the room causing me to spend more time chasing the darn thing than using it. Maybe it should be marketed as a weight loss device because I certainly get my exercise chasing the thing.

It hurts so good!
Exactly what i was looking for. Almost went with the Jr version based on my small frame, but glad I got the full size.I read the review about it being too painful and the edges being sharp, and I disagree. If you find too painful you're most likely not using it right or do l not need it. It feels good to me and I feel like it has helped so far.The booklet that comes with it is great but I highly recommend also researching trigger points and proper techniques for relieving them. The more you know the better it will work for you. You can find some really good videos on releasing trigger points with the Back Buddy on YouTube.I went with the massage stick/rhino ball bundle because it was only a few dollars more, even though didn't think I'd use the pointy ball. I love my tennis ball but I think the rhino ball has it beat! I like the pointy things on it because they really get into the muscle, and they aren't as sharp as they look.I agree that the material does feel cheap for the price, I mean it's just plastic, but I think it's the design you're paying for. It reaches and targets more than the other ones because of the extra points on it. I'm not super tolerant of pain and I am comfortable with it.To sum it up: If you have knots in your back and/or feel like trigger points are the root of your pain, you'll be happy with it.
