Look, I’m not sure whether they actually improve sleep and focus etc (maybe it’s a placebo) but I feel like I’m being more focused and sleeping better. Will report back in time but I will definitely be buying again.However, I can definitely confirm that these are really nice and if they improve my focus long term then we’re on to a winner.

I'm very impressed with these gummies. Not only are they extremely tasty - which makes a nice change from many nutritional supplements - but I can genuinely feel a positive effect from them. My impulse control has improved, as has my focus and concentration for tricky tasks, and I've even noticed my mood has improved significantly.

The product arrived the next day (which is great) and the packaging is very nice. I've never had these before, but I'm learning about the benefits of Lions Mane, so I thought I'd give them a try. The gummy is nice and soft and doesn't stick to your teeth, which is good.The taste takes getting used to at first, but after about a week you adjust to them.

I don’t usually leave Amazon reviews (I normally forget 😉) but I’ve just ordered my second tub of these gummies and feel they are well worthy of a review. I first saw them on FB ads - which I actually ignored for a long while, before taking the time to read properly. I decided after a lot of backwards and forwards that I might as well give it a go for a month, and if I experienced no changes I would just never buy them again. After a full month of taking them I’ve been so surprised by the difference. Most notably in seemingly obliterating my underlying anxiety (that I wasn’t even aware of the full impact of until it’s now not there) and a massive increase in libido. I don’t believe it’s actually marketed to increase your libido, (so it may be the impact of less anxiety) - but that seems to be one of the many very welcomed side effects for me 😊 Brain fog has always been difficult for me to define, but like the anxiety, it is abundantly clear the impact it has had on me now that it is no longer there.. I feel like I was previously functioning through a net curtain? I am sharper, clearer, more able to focus and I’m finding it a lot easier to complete tasks, which is something I often struggle with. I can see from some reviews that this doesn’t seem to be the impact for everyone. For anyone on the fence as I was though, I would definitely suggest it’s worth trying it for a month, because if you do benefit from it like I have, it will be worth it! I’m interested now to see if there will be any further benefits for me the longer I take them (or drawbacks - though other than the cost, I have yet to find any so far)… ✨

Have only been talking these for a week now however feel they maybe helping with my brain fog! The taste isn’t unpleasant and they are vegan.

Tasty little morning treat, but can't say I've felt any effects after taking religiously fire a few weeks.
