I learned the hard way and didn’t, but I recently called and they were very informative and I feel I could have saved a bunch of small headaches if I would have done that first. 1. With this depth rack. Enterprise servers just won’t fit… but it works EXCELLENT for Desktop computers that need to be racked. 2. The depth was kind of hard to work around, but that ended up helping in the long run because it makes you dig deep and plan your cable management. 3. The rack came with a good manual and links to install videos. But the home lab community had plenty of good videos on YouTube(check out techno Tim’s review) 4. I ordered the rack and it told me it was going to take a month for delivery, but sysracks is so good they had it to me in 3 days. 5. They do a very good job of packaging, so it wasn’t to crazy of a chore to get this up a flight of stairs with help. I recommend doing the build of the rack the same place you are going to store it. At the end of the day this was a GREAT experience!
