Better than I could have hoped for. All charged and ready to go, right out of the book. And the charging cradle keeps it charged. And the heating head/cooling head also worked very well. More than I could’ve voted for. I recommend it for anybody with sore, tired, muscles, strained neck, and bad joints.

Powerful and made very sturdy. The effectiveness on my neck and shoulders incredible and after a two minute run on booths sides it already feels amazing. The vibration is the perfect level to get into the deep tissue. The handle makes it easy to hold. It’s a little noisy, but not intolerable. The heating and cooling head was sent from heaven!!

Even the simplest set of instructions would have been helpful when you want to use it as soon as you get it.Having to go online to get instructions is a pain, which this is supposed to releive.
