Solar Powered Ferris Wheel

I really like the item, it is very cute and works both by solar and you can plug it in. I was however not happy with the return policy from this company as I accidentally ordered two of the item and only intended on ordering one, when requested to return the 1 item they had me pay shipping to return which is fine, but also wanted to deduct a 15% stocking fee so I decided to keep the item and give as a gift, as I would be out a third of the cost of the item. ... so be sure you really want this or it may not be worth buying if you want to return it.

The wheel is stiff and does not rotate with solar power. To rotate need to plug in to turn light on to face solar panel to activate wheel.

We have the similar Air Plane Ride that's been working for several years. The Ferris Wheel seems to need brighter light to run, compared to the Plane Ride.

Dont know if it was just the unit I rcvd or all of them but mine didnt want to start under either direct sunlight or the built in bulb.

I fell in love with this wonderful and fun lamp the moment I laid eyes on it. I enjoy watching the ferris wheel spin while I'm on my computer and the light is bright enough to use as a general purpose desk lamp. It really is perfect for someone wanting something different in a desk decoration/lamp.
