This would seem an absurd suggestion in today's musical climate, but in the 70's, live albums were as valid as their studio peers. 'Irish Tour '74' towers above the rest of Rory Gallagher's discography, not that the studio albums are bad, it's just this one is so universally acclaimed and praise! Clocking in at just under 70 minutes and 10 songs, it is a relatively large chunk of music.
