This box worked well. There's no visible effect to the video stream. Audio works perfectly and it's especially nice that the box has a selector switch for 5.1 vs. 2 channel audio. I bought this 4k/60 Hz version rather than the slightly less expensive 4k/30 Hz version as future-proofing in case I upgrade my TV someday.Another reason that I bought this particular device was the IR remote control. Turns out it's already in Logitech's Harmony database. Just enter the switcher's model number -- HDSW00017M1 -- in the My Harmony app (shows up as "FiveHome" there rather than "iArkTech") and you can control it from the Harmony right away. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Poor quality *by Y***O on Reviewed in the United States on June 15, 2020* Audio port is damaged. The sound gets disconnected. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Blu-ray picture keeps going purple and I lose sound *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 6, 2019* I plugged 3 HDMI inputs in from my set-top cable box, my Blu-ray player and my laptop. I connected the output to my 4K Samsung TV. Everything works great. Picture from all 3. Sound from all 3 on my TV via HDMI and through the RCA jacks to my stereo amplifier. All perfect. But when I use the remote to switch away from the Blu-ray player and then come back, or if I plug my laptop in and it switches automatically to it and I switch back to the Blu-ray player, the color is all screwed up from my Blu-ray player. I still get a picture, but it is purple/pink toned and the sound over both the HDMI cable to the TV and the RCA analog signals are both dead. The set-top box and laptop continue working, but the Blu-ray player doesn't. If I plug the Blu-Ray player back to the TV, it works fine. Then I plug it back into the switcher and it works fine. Then I switch signals and I'm back to purple with no sound. It is just unstable. I keep having to unplug things and plug them back in, and then it works for a while, and stops again. There doesn't seem to be any tech support contact information in the instructions. If I don't get a response to this review within a few days I will have to return it to Amazon.
