Worst product, bought this in March and doesn't cook food at times. Goes into warm mode before it starts cooking. Useless rice cooker

Bought the rice cooker in the month of March, and I'm truly satisfied with the product. The steel pot is so easy to clean, it's sturdy and thick. Love it

Value for money, but could have been better if it had steam outlet-holes, present in lid.Good heavy base

Ordered first around 18feb and got a defective piece where the lid was not sitting well!! Raised a exchange request and that was cancelled without any notice.. Upon follow up AMAZON raised a refund and pickup was done…Ordered fresh on 23 Feb which got delivered on 25th Feb and this time the handle was broken to pieces!!!!’ After follow up the order was supposed to be picked up on 26 Feb and refund raised but nothing happened and today on 28 Feb when I’m. Following up with AMAZON they have raised an investigation!!! To be honest no idea when this is I’ll get sorted!!!!Amazon is not been helpful so far and why don’t you guys have a quality or check on Such cases! Customer is made a testing case!!!!!! NOT DONE

I am giving the reviews after one week return period is overThe steel bowls are excellent gauge and I have seen mixed reviews on this but I trusted the pigeon brand and ordered and finally it’s meet my expectations. Brought 1.8L variant @2.5k

I purchase the product in December manual. Some problems I used in this product in March. Suddenly, the product is not getting started and it’s not working. I tried to contact with the Amazon but they don’t have any solution and I try to connect with the customer care they really bad servicing and service centre is really worst. And Amazon selling this type of products, really hats off. And I am from Mumbai guys. I am getting this type of servicing friends.

This is annamazing product. I have been looking for stainless steel container in an electric cooker since many years and that too one litre capacity. Finally found, and tried . Its s too good perfect. Having two bowls saves my time and Hassel free. Also aluminium is a heavy metal should be avoided it's usage in kitchen .Finally I replaced it. Thank you Pigeon for launching this product in one litre too. Kindly launch smaller size too.Most economical and sturdy good quality.

The Cooker was working well for about 2 weeks but the heater coil seems to be burnt out inspite of our mains power is well within 240 volts as per BESCOM power regulation but I am not able to get the Pigeon Service contact till now in the meantime I ordered another similar 1 liter cooker with SS cooking vessel which was received 3 days ago but when plugged to Power to use with rice and on switch on the heater coil seems to have blown out below the cooker this definitely need to be redesigned to support the cooker working otherwise cooker is too good
