Large Duck Eggs
These eggs are great! Full of flavour - huge yolks and taste lovely. Much larger than chicken eggs and well worth buying! Make an excellent scramble but my favourite - definitely poached duck eggs on toast! Give them a try!

It has a more substantial yolk and the white can be quite firm, so my guess is that it would make quite a \"meaty\" omelette rather than fluffy, so it depends in what you are looking for.
