I could not even wear it under normal pants - too bulky. Had to wear it over the pants. But most importantly, I returned mine, as I found it to be totally ineffective. **Q: Can this get wet in a shower?** A: It would stand up in the shower ok, it but it has a foam under the straps so after the shower it would have to hang up and dry.
