Review: Best product and customer service - This camera is great does everything it should. I have 4 and I got my neighbor 2. The picture quality is excellent, you can zoom in and read a newspaper. The speaker and mic quality is great as well. Solar powered so you don’t have to worry about charging them the night vision is something else. It’s just like mid day at 2am. The clarity all the way around is simply the best and for the price, it is not the cheapest and is nowhere near the most expensive. I had an issue with one of the cameras went off line and the customer service team was right on it. They got me a replacement camera. No questions asked and took care of me, followed up to make sure that everything I got was correct and functioning properly. Best customer service you could ask for plus a great product. it’s a must have. Their dedication to customer service and product quality is 10 out of 10 if I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
Review: Perfect solution for me - I wanted outdoor cameras that were battery powered, solar charging, allowed saving video to an SD card, and that did not require a subscription or in home listening device like Alexa. These cameras checked all the boxes, had a lot of good reviews and were on sale for a very good price. Other nice features are being able to listen and talk through the cameras, and the security light that can be turned on/off or set to auto for color video at night. Setup & installation was easy. The initial pairing of each camera with my wifi and phone was the only finicky thing. It worked best to be in the same room as the router. But it did take several attempts to get each camera to pair. There were two methods - the easiest one has a QR code on your phone display and then the camera tries to scan the code. I could not get the camera to scan it. The other method worked after a few tries. But once the cameras are paired, you don’t have to do it again. I installed the cameras outdoors and have had no connection issues with my wifi. After about 4 weeks of use, the cameras have worked flawlessly. I was concerned about the solar charging because it’s Dec/Jan in Ohio. We have had little sun with most days being cloudy, rainy or snowing. And I have my motion detection set to maximum distance, maximum sensitivity, and recording length also set to max. These are not the setting to use for best battery life, but despite all of this, the cameras have all remained at 100% charge! Each camera gets triggered a few times a day but it is not heavy use. As for video quality, I have not had any other cameras to compare, but the footage is clear and quite good IMO. Some have mentioned the lenses fogging up, but I have not had this issue. I’ll have to see how they do in the humid and hot summer. There are two things I think others might consider depending on their situation: First, the cameras have a field of view of 100 degrees. If you are mounting these in a tight space, that might not be a wide enough view for some people. Second, if you can not mount these in the open where the sun can hit the panel on top of the camera, you might want a different model with a separate solar panel that can be mounted in an open location. Overall I am very happy with the cameras and they are perfect for my needs.

A: No, it doesn't support 5G Wi-Fi, it can only connect to 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi. If you use EERO, you need to disable [advanced settings] and 5G for a while to get tghe 2.4G devices connected. Once done, you can reenable the settings.

A: No, it doesn't support 24/7 continuous recording as it is a low-power camera with requiring power-saving for a balance battery-powered working status. But it can detect and record motion via PIR, generating motion alerts and save them in the app.

A: Yes. But if no sd card or subscription,pls check the clips in ALERT, page, if you go REPLAY, it will show on subscription details for your reference, which can be safely ignored. You can obsolutely use the camera with no any subscription or sd card.

A: Unstable network may affect the video transmission. Better position the camera within 26 feet of your router. Avoid connecting too many devices to the same network. If you encounter issues, try refreshing the app by pulling down on the screen.

A: You can customize the sensitivity level to reduce false alarms, and toggle the power saving mode to conserve battery power. We recommend placing the camera in direct sunlight with enough solar power to ensure the camera stays charged.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great camera overall but sometimes dropped connectivity

These cameras were so easy to set up right out of the box through the app. The image quality is great day and night. We live in South Florida and have had these up for several months in various weather conditions including extreme heat and heavy thunderstorms and they don't mind at all. One caveat is that they do not always detect motion and begin recording. I've tested passing by the cameras and watched delivery guys like Amazon pass by without a recording or notification to my phone. I'm not sure if they're dropping connection with the Wi-Fi or the sensitivity of the motion detection should be better. Either way, I'm fearful they could miss someone messing around on my property. Overall though, especially for the price, these are a solid camera that is truly wireless. No concerns over wires or charging batteries. Even on a cloudy day there's still plenty of percentage left on the battery.
